Description

Lead Statue of WW2 German Wehrmacht Band Fife Player (pifano), ALEMANIA (GERMANY).  Some chips and wear on the paint and ond drum stick is broken.  Age and manufacture unknown.

Germany is referred to as “Alemania” in several languages due to historical and linguistic connections to the Alemanni tribe, a Germanic group that inhabited the region.  pifano is spanish for fife.
