These are new old stock wire fashioned hose clamps made by onan manufacturing part number ONA 503-44, 2.5 in dia. As you can see from the photos, they were painted black at the factory. They have a flat tip, screwdriver and and square nut for tightening. These can be used on many vehicles of that time. But came from a generator set powered by a wiliys engine and Onan generator.
